1.What is Hard Water?

Water which contains dissolved chalk, lime and other minerals is known as Hard Water.

2.What is Soft Water?

Soft water is water which does not contain dissolved chalk, lime and other minerals.

3.How can I get soft water?

Soft water can be obtained by using a water softener system. Water softeners remove chalk, lime and other minerals from hard water to make it softened and this process is called water softening.

4.How long does a Water Softener last?

A good water softener can provide soft water for over a decade when fed with the right amount of salt and water softener resin.

5.How much does a Water Softener cost during operation?

The monthly recurring cost of maintaining an operational water softener is less than €1,95 per person per household.
