Settings for Timer and Meter Softeners

If you find that you need to reset your softener then please watch the following video. By doing so, you can solve the issue with just a few simple steps.

Should you feel after carrying out these steps that you require an engineer to call out to your property, then contact us by pressing the book a call out button on screen.

*Please note that with any EWT call out, if it is not a fault of EWT, a call out fee of €50 will be charged.
