Here’s what you can expect over the next few days.

Get Booked In

Once you’ve checked out, our system will set you up with an appointment and get you booked in for a date and time. Once you’re booked in we’ll send you an SMS and and email to confirm the date and time. This usually takes between 4 and 10 working days.

If this doesn’t suit then no worries. You can simply reply RESC and we’ll book you in for another day.

Our Professional & Certified Engineers

On the day of your appointment our engineer will arrive with everything that’s necessary. Your won’t have to worry about a thing. All you have to do is offer him a cup of tea. If your are getting a brand new installation please send us an image of where you turn off your water or your stopcock location. This will help us make the installation as smooth as possible.
